Ray Flynt is president/CEO of a national human services
association based in Washington, DC. A native Pennsylvanian, he
holds a BA in Social Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Public
Administration. Ray’s career has spanned the fields of criminal
justice, education, the arts, human services, and he has served as
a strategic planning consultant to non-profit organizations. Ray is a
member of Mystery Writers of America, and active in their Mid-
Atlantic Chapter. He is also an avid amateur theatre performer and
