Ray Flynt is a native of Pennsylvania, but for the last fourteen years he has worked in Washington, DC running a social service association. His first mystery novel, UNFORGIVING SHADOWS was published in 2005 by Five Star, featuring series detective Brad Frame. KISSES OF AN ENEMY is a DC-based suspense/thriller featuring the interplay of a congressional staffer, newspaper reporter, and Arlington, VA police detective.

TRANSPLANTED DEATH, the second in the Brad Frame series, was published in December 2011.

Ray is a member of Mystery Writers of America. He lives in the Annapolis, MD area with his wife and their cat.
